Field of Activity

A-) Reinforced Concrete Structures:

Many Reinforced Concrete Structures are designed by PROZON ENGINEERING in accordance with the rules given in "TS500 - Requirements for design and construction for reinforced concrete structure, EN 1992 - Eurocode 2: Design of concrete structures and ACI 318 - Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete".

B-) Steel Structures:

Steel structures are designed by PROZON ENGINEERING in accordance with the rules given in "AISC 360 Specification for Structural Steel Buildings, EN 1993 : Eurocode 3 - Design of Steel Structures, SP 16.13330 - Steel Structures, TCYS-2016 Turkish code for Steel Structures". Some steel structures combined with timber and concrete members in order to get cost effective and safe structure.

C-) Timber Structures:

Timber structures are designed in accordance with "EN 1995-1: Eurocode 5 - Design of timber structures". Especially, "Glued laminated timber" members are in the special interest of PROZON ENGINEERING.

D-) Welded Tanks for Oil Storage:

Welded oil Storage Tanks are designed in accordance with " API650- American Petroleum Institute - Welded Steel tanks for oil Storage". Designed tank projects are approved by national and international consultants who are experts in the field.

E-) Equipment Foundations:

The foundation of heavy machinery with reciprocating, impacting or rotating masses are designed according to "ACI 351 - Foundations for dynamic equipment". PROZON ENGINEERING is especially expert at block and table top gas and steam turbine foundations which are subject to dynamic loading.

F-) Nonbuilding Structures:

PROZON ENGINEERING designs nonbuilding structures such as silo, elevated tanks, horizontal saddle supported vessels, trussed towers, cooling towers, monuments, inverted pendulum type structures, billboards, signs, shelves, pipe racks (pipeline support). Seismic calculations of electrical and mechanical equipment such as pumps, electrical panels, fire extinguisher systems are carried out according to "ASCE 7 - Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and other Structures"

G-) Cow Barns:

PROZON ENGINEERING has designed many cow barns which consist of different buildings, such as milker barn, youngster barn, milking shed, box stall, equipment pool, silage zone, feed storage and administrative building.

H-) Infrastructure Projects:

Drinking water, rainwater, wastewater networks are designed according to all technical requirements. PROZON ENGINEERING specializes in Organized Industry Zones infrastructure projects.

I-) Construction Activities:

Some of the designed projects have been constructed by PROZON ENGINEERING.
